Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content (digital assets, case studies, thought leadership pieces) that reflects the company’s 高端 (high-end) and professional brand tone.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and industry partnerships, to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (research, investment, concierge, philanthropy) to align marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and UHNWI audience preferences to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance, providing regular reports to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in luxury, high-net-worth, research, or premium services industries; experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and client acquisition.
