Pridebay’s Asia Country Agent Program leverages our decades of industry expertise, proprietary research resources, global network, and established brand reputation to help local partners thrive in this high-value sector. Whether you choose to operate independently or collaborate closely with Pridebay through a joint operation model, we provide comprehensive support to ensure mutual success.

1. Program Overview & Core Objectives

The core mission of the Pridebay Asia Country Agent Program is to build a network of trusted local partners who can represent Pridebay’s brand and services in their respective markets, while bringing localized insights and resources to enhance our offerings across Asia. Our key objectives include:

Expand Pridebay’s brand presence and market penetration in key Asian cities, connecting with local UHNWIs, family offices, premium brands, and cultural institutions.

Empower local agents with Pridebay’s industry-leading resources, research capabilities, and brand authority to deliver high-quality services to the local UHNWI market.

Foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that combine Pridebay’s global expertise with local agents’ market knowledge and network advantages.

Drive innovation in UHNWI services across Asia, addressing the unique needs and preferences of the region’s elite populations.

2. Target Markets & Eligible Partners

Target Markets

The program focuses on key Asian cities with robust UHNWI populations and growing demand for premium lifestyle and wealth services, including but not limited to:

Philippines: Manila, Cebu

Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur, Penang

Indonesia: Jakarta, Bali

Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi

Japan: Tokyo, Osaka

South Korea: Seoul, Busan

We welcome applications from partners in other major Asian cities with significant UHNWI potential, as we aim to build a comprehensive network across the region.

Eligible Partners

Ideal agents are established companies with a strong presence in the local premium sector, including (but not limited to) luxury lifestyle consulting firms, wealth management agencies, event planning companies, art and cultural institutions, and family office service providers. Eligible partners should meet the following criteria:

Proven track record in serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients, with a deep understanding of the local UHNWI market and lifestyle preferences.

Strong local network and connections with UHNWIs, family offices, luxury brands, private clubs, and cultural organizations.

Commitment to upholding Pridebay’s brand standards of excellence, discretion, and professionalism.

3. Flexible Operation Models

To accommodate the diverse needs and capabilities of our partners, we offer two flexible operation models—partners can choose the model that best aligns with their business goals, resources, and market positioning.

Model 1: Independent Operation

Under the Independent Operation model, agents operate as authorized representatives of Pridebay, with full autonomy to manage their business operations while leveraging Pridebay’s brand, research resources, and service frameworks. This model is ideal for established companies with strong local market expertise and operational capabilities.

Agents have the right to promote and sell Pridebay’s core services (including research reports, lifestyle consulting, event partnerships, and UHNWI network access) in their designated market.

Full autonomy in day-to-day operations, including client management, pricing (within agreed guidelines), and marketing strategies tailored to the local market.

Pridebay provides ongoing support, including brand materials, research updates, training, and technical assistance, to ensure agents can deliver high-quality services that align with Pridebay’s standards.

Agents retain a significant share of revenue from all services sold, with transparent profit-sharing terms agreed upon at the start of the partnership.

Model 2: Joint Operation

The Joint Operation model is designed for partners seeking closer collaboration with Pridebay, combining our global expertise and resources with the agent’s local market knowledge and network. This model is ideal for partners looking to expand their service offerings or enter the UHNWI sector with enhanced support.

Pridebay and the agent collaborate closely to develop and deliver localized services, combining our proprietary research, global network, and brand authority with the agent’s local insights and connections.

Shared investment in marketing, event curation, and service development, with clear division of responsibilities and resources.

Pridebay provides direct support from our senior team, including research customization, client advisory, and global partnership access, to help agents deliver premium services to local UHNWIs.

Revenue and profit are shared based on a pre-agreed ratio, with both parties contributing to the growth and success of the partnership in the designated market.
