This program allows eligible cooperative partners to use the Pridebay brand trademark in accordance with the agreement, jointly tapping into the high-end market and creating premium value.
1. Core Cooperation Content
Pridebay brand trademark licensing covers two major categories of cooperation scenarios, with clear authorization scope and standard usage norms to ensure the consistency and premium nature of the brand image:
1.1 Offline Event Brand Sponsorship & Initiation
Authorized partners can use the Pridebay brand as the co-initiator, co-organizer or exclusive brand sponsor of offline events. Eligible events include but are not limited to: high-end lifestyle salons, UHNWI industry forums, luxury product experience events, art and culture exchange activities, and charity public welfare events targeting high-net-worth groups. The brand usage covers event promotion materials (posters, invitations, official announcements), on-site display (signage, background boards), media publicity and other links, leveraging Pridebay’s brand influence to enhance the authority and appeal of the event.
1.2 Licensed Product Development & Operation
Authorized partners can develop, produce and sell licensed products with the Pridebay brand trademark, focusing on high-end lifestyle-related categories that are consistent with the brand positioning. The scope of licensed products includes but is not limited to: ① Luxury personal care: high-end perfume, skin care products; ② Fashion accessories: high-end clothing, customized jewelry, luxury bags and watches; ③ Lifestyle services: high-end restaurants, boutique hotels, private clubs, customized travel services; ④ Cultural and creative products: high-end art derivatives, personalized lifestyle souvenirs. All licensed products must meet high-quality standards and be consistent with the high-end positioning of the Pridebay brand.
2. Cooperation Standards & Partner Review Criteria
To ensure the quality of cooperation and the maintenance of the brand image, Pridebay will conduct a strict qualification review of all intended cooperative partners. Only enterprises that meet the following standards can enter the cooperation process:
2.1 Basic Qualification Requirements
① Legally registered enterprise with complete business licenses and relevant industry qualification certificates, and no bad credit records or illegal operation records; ② Sound corporate governance structure and standardized operation management system; ③ Having certain operating scale and financial strength to ensure the smooth implementation of cooperative projects and the ability to bear relevant risks.
2.2 Industry Experience & Resource Advantages
① For offline event cooperation: Having rich experience in organizing high-end offline events, with mature resources in inviting high-net-worth participants, coordinating media resources and arranging on-site operations; ② For licensed product cooperation: Having professional R&D and production capabilities in the corresponding product field, perfect quality control system, and mature sales channels (especially channels covering high-end consumer groups), with a good brand reputation in the industry.
2.3 Brand Alignment & Value Consistency
① Recognizing the core values and brand positioning of Pridebay, and committing to maintaining the high-end, professional and credible image of the brand; ② The cooperative project or product concept is consistent with the lifestyle needs and consumption trends of UHNWIs, and there is no conflict with the existing business of Pridebay; ③ Having a complete brand management and after-sales service system to ensure the user experience of licensed products or events.
2.4 Review Process
The partner qualification review process includes four stages: ① Submission of application materials (enterprise profile, qualification certificates, cooperation plan, resource introduction, etc.); ② Preliminary review by Pridebay’s business team (focusing on basic qualifications and cooperation feasibility); ③ In-depth evaluation by the brand management team (focusing on brand alignment, industry reputation and project quality); ④ Final approval and notification of results. The entire review process will be completed within 7-10 working days after receiving the complete application materials.
3. Revenue Sharing & Authorization Fee Standards
Pridebay adopts two flexible revenue cooperation modes, and the specific mode and ratio will be determined through in-depth negotiation according to the type of cooperative project, scale of investment, expected benefits and other factors, and clearly stipulated in the formal cooperation contract:
3.1 Fixed Authorization Fee Mode
For some cooperative projects with clear investment scale and stable expected benefits (such as short-term offline events, small-batch licensed product development), the authorized partner shall pay a fixed brand authorization fee to Pridebay. The fee standard is determined based on factors such as the scope of brand usage, the duration of authorization, the scale of the project and the market positioning of the product, and is calculated on an annual or project cycle basis.
3.2 Revenue Sharing Mode
For cooperative projects with large market potential and long-term operation (such as long-term licensed product sales, continuous offline event series), the two parties adopt the revenue sharing mode. The sharing base is the net operating income of the cooperative project (after deducting reasonable costs such as production, operation and promotion). The sharing ratio ranges from 5% to 15%, which is determined according to the contribution of both parties (including brand value, resource input, operation management, etc.). Pridebay will have the right to supervise the financial data of the cooperative project to ensure the transparency and fairness of the sharing.
3.3 Mixed Mode (Fixed Fee + Revenue Sharing)
For some medium and long-term cooperative projects with high investment and uncertain market benefits, the two parties can agree on a mixed mode of "fixed authorization fee + revenue sharing". The fixed fee ensures the basic brand value return of Pridebay, while the revenue sharing motivates both parties to jointly improve the project benefits and achieve deep binding and win-win development.
4. Cooperation Support & Brand Management
While authorizing the brand, Pridebay will provide comprehensive cooperative support to help partners maximize the value of the brand and ensure the standardized operation of the project:
4.1 Brand Usage Guidance
Provide the official "Pridebay Brand Visual Identity Manual", which clearly stipulates the standard usage of brand trademarks, fonts, colors and logos, and sends professional teams to provide guidance on the use of brand elements in cooperative projects to avoid improper use that may damage the brand image.
4.2 Resource Coordination Support
Leverage Pridebay’s resources in the UHNWI field to provide appropriate support for cooperative projects, such as recommending high-end resources, connecting industry experts, and assisting in media publicity and promotion, to help the project quickly open up the market.
4.3 Regular Supervision & Evaluation
Establish a regular supervision mechanism for cooperative projects, conduct periodic reviews on the use of brand trademarks, the quality of licensed products, the operation effect of offline events and other aspects. For problems found, put forward rectification suggestions in a timely manner to ensure that the cooperation is carried out in accordance with the agreement and the brand image is maintained.
5. Application Process
Initial Inquiry: Intended partners can submit cooperation inquiries through Pridebay’s official channels (exclusive email: brand.licensing@pridebay.com; official website cooperation application portal: https://www.pridebay.com/brand-licensing), and briefly indicate the enterprise profile, cooperation intention (event/product type) and contact information.
Preliminary Communication: Pridebay’s brand cooperation team will respond within 2 working days and arrange online or offline communication to in-depth understand the cooperation needs and preliminary plans of the intended partner.
Submission of Application Materials: The intended partner shall submit the formal application materials as required, including enterprise qualification documents, business license, relevant industry certificates, cooperation project detailed plan, resource introduction and other materials.
Qualification Review: Pridebay will conduct a comprehensive review of the application materials and the qualification of the intended partner, and feed back the review results within 7-10 working days.
Proposal Formulation & Negotiation: For qualified partners, Pridebay will formulate a customized brand licensing cooperation proposal, and both parties will negotiate on the details of authorization scope, revenue mode, cooperation period and other aspects.
Contract Signing & Launch: After reaching a consensus, both parties will sign a formal brand licensing cooperation contract. After the contract takes effect and the relevant fees (if any) are paid, the cooperative project will be officially launched in accordance with the agreed plan.
